How our money-back guarantee works

We are convinced that your skin will improve with the consistent use of AcnEase®. That is why we offer a Money-Back Guarantee! Please follow the simple rules below to take advantage of this guarantee:

  1. Use the product regularly and as directed for a minimum of 3 weeks. (If you have questions please do not hesitate to ask us at CustomerCare@Herborium.com)
  2. If after this time you are not seeing any progress please send the remaining AcnEase® and empty bottles back to the address below for a refund. Please be advised that you need to send back all of your empty bottles and any unused tablets to get the refund. The refund will cover only the number of bottles returned (empty or full). There is no exception.
  3. The money-back guarantee applies only to the first order. One order up to seven (7) bottles is refunded providing that unused or empty bottles are returned (For refund guidelines on AE8 and AE10 treatment packs see Item #7). Once a second purchase of AcnEase® is placed the money-back guarantee is no longer valid. Any exceptions to this rule need to be agreed upon beforehand in writing by the head of the Herbaceuticals or Customer Care Department(s).
  4. One money back guarantee per customer please. Multiple orders charged on different credit cards for the same client or multiple orders charged to the same credit card for different clients will not be refunded. 1 Refund per household.
  5. The cost of shipping and handling is not reimbursed. For the special packs with free shipping we will deduct $7.95 for shipping and handling costs.
  6. If there are any other earlier reasons for your return- please let us know ASAP
  7. We do not refund one bottle purchases. One bottle of AcnEase® is not sufficient to show an improvement for an individual who uses AcnEase® for the first time. We recommend that all of our customers use AcnEase® for at least one month in order to achieve the best results. Our Refund Policy applies to 3, 5 and 7 packs only. For larger packs( 8 and 10 bottles) that are offered at a considerable discount we only refund up to 80% of the purchasing price. S&H charges are not refunded. In order to be eligible for a refund please return unused product, empty bottles and a copy of the original order (sorry, no exceptions) to:

PLEASE ALLOW 4-6 WEEKS FOR THE REFUND TO APPEAR ON YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT. Herborium, Inc. processes the refund within 5 business days from the time of receiving your return but your credit card company must process this transaction and credit your account.

PayPal refunds are subject to an additional 4.4% deduction; this deduction is collected automatically by PayPal for using their money transfer capabilities. Regretfully we are not able to refund this fee. Herborium, Inc. will issue a refund in the form of a PayPal "quasi-cash" payment for the amount of the refund. Herborium, Inc. is not liable for any other fees or penalties levied by PayPal on the amount of return.
