Mail Orders

Mail orders must be placed by U.S. or International Money orders. Sorry - We cannot accept personal checks. Personal checks received by our Mail Orders department will be returned to the sender. All mail orders will be expedited by Priority Mail unless additional funds are allocated in the money order for express delivery; mail orders are expedited within 48 hours from the time the Money Order is received.

Standard Shipping

We offer our customers a variety of shipping methods; shipping cost is calculated by the size of the order and the shipping method you choose upon ordering. Orders are shipped via US Post Priority Mail within 24 hours of the time they are received (Monday-Thursday). All orders received after noon (12 P.M. EST) with US Post Shipping are sent out the following business day. All orders received after 1:00 P.M. will be shipped the following Monday. We observe all national holidays.

FedEx Shipping

If you choose to have your order delivered by FedEx please be advised that your signature is required upon delivery. FedEx orders received before *3:00 P.M. EST are expedited the same day. FedEx orders received after *3:00 P.M. EST are shipped the following business day and will arrive within two (2) business days of placing your order. **FedEx Saturday Delivery Option is available from Thursdays 3 P.M. EST until Friday 5 P.M. EST. You must specify this shipping method upon purchasing; additional S&H fees apply.

*Friday FedEx orders placed until 5 P.M. EST are shipped the same day but will arrive the following Monday unless Saturday Delivery Option is specified upon ordering.

**All purchases placed outside the designated time-frame for the Saturday Delivery Option shipping method will be shipped via FedEx Standard Overnight Delivery.

International Shipping

International Orders are shipped by *US Post Global Express Mail; all duties, fees, or taxes imposed by customs are the responsibility of the recipient. We deliver to most countries throughout the world; please contact us if your country is not listed on the order page. It is important to note that authorities in many countries will inspect the package before they allow the item's entry; Herborium, Inc. is not responsible for an delays, charges or changes in the package appearance related to these inspections.

*Herborium, Inc. does not offer any guarantees on US Post Global Express Shipping, delivery time is estimated and subject to expedient customs clearance.
